Day 1 : ISTANBUL – KARTEPE (L,D)

Welcome to Istanbul !

Arrival and meeting your guide at the airport. Long distance vehicle and tour escort for full day sightseeing tour;

Blue Mosque

The Blue Mosque is one of the most prominent landmarks of Istanbul, especially when viewed from the First Hill or from the Asian shore of the Sea of Marmara. It is very impressive with its beautiful domes and semidomes.

Hippodrome and Obelisks

The square in front of the Blue Mosque covers the site of the ancient "Hippodrome", one of the most famous areas in Byzantine.

Topkapi Palace (Closed on Tuesday)

Topkapi Palace was more than just the private residence of the Sultan and his court. It was the seat of the supreme executive and judiciary council, the Divan and the training school.

Hagia Sophia (closed on Monday), one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian.

         - Lunch at Indian Restaurant

Grand Covered Bazaar (closed on Sunday), most attractive shopping center and the biggest "souk" in the world with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenir.

   - After that depart to port for Bosphorus Cruise Tour

Through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia,with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments.

Day 2 : KARTEPE – BOLU – ANKARA (B,L,D)

Breakfast at Hotel … a.m. free time for using facilities and activities in Kartepe.

Kartepe, formerly known as Keltepe, is in the Southeast of Izmit. The highest point in the chain of mountains, the second highest mountain in the Marmara region.

Winter Activity: (Winter Season from November to end of March)

          - Free time for ski & snowboard etc. in winter time.
          - If anyone wants, can participate trekking with guide in Kuzuyayla area.



Summer Activity :


       - Free time for ATV Safari, Riding Club, Mountain Bike, Buggy Run, Paintball, Live Langirt, or trekking…

Day 3 : ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA (B,L,D)


Breakfast at Hotel… A.m. departure from Hotel for visit to Mausoleum of Ataturk, the burial place of the national hero who founded modern Republic of Turkey.

- Lunch at local restaurant

Then continue to Cappadocia. Picturesque trip along the Salt Lake. After arrival visiting Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Proceed to the Hotel in Cappadocia for overnight.

- In the evening optional Whirling Dervishes Show or Belly Dance Show possibilities

Day 4 : CAPPADOCIA – Full Day Sightseeing Tour (B,L,D)

Depart from the hotel and visit the valleys where animal-like natural formations like camels and fair chimneys are abundant. Drive on to Pasabagi in Zelve area where monks used to live in seclusion in rock cut rooms. Proceed to the pottery town of Avanos where Kizilirmak (Hallys), the longest river of Turkey, meanders leaving the red clay on its banks that has been the raw material of pottery for centuries.

In the afternoon visit to Open Air Museum in Goreme to visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes
depicting various scenes from the Bible. Stop by Pigeon Valley near Uchisar. Shopping time for the well-known merits of the area.

Day 5 : CAPPADOCIA – PAMUKKALE VIA KONYA (B,L,D)

Early breakfast at Hotel… Today’s ride will be fairly long due to the long distance between Cappadocia and Pamukkale and lack of convenient lodging location. Visiting Mevlana Museum in Konya, the world wide famous mystic figure.

- Lunch at local restaurant

Afternoon (in summer time p.m. can be visited but in winter time next day morning will arrange visit) the ruins of Hierapolis including the magnificently preserved cemetery "Necropolis", the Main Street and Gates, the Thermal Baths, the Roman Theatre and the Museum.

Day 6 : PAMUKKALE – KUSADASI – CANAKKALE (B,L,D)

Morning tour to Ephesus area with Ephesus Antique City (Hillside Houses are excluded), one of the most popular ancient sites of Turkey with many acres of carefully excavated ruins; and St. John Church.
After lunch, continue to Canakkale (long distance vehicle – 360 kms)

Day 7 : CANAKKALE – ISTANBUL (B,L,D)

After breakfast at hotel, visit to Troy ancient city, the place where the legendary Trojan War took place as described in the historical work of Homer of Smyrna.
     - Lunch at local restaurant and ferry from Canakkale to Eceabat and then continue to Istanbul, transfer to hotel for relaxing.

    - Dinner at Indian Restaurant

Day 8 : ISTANBUL - Departure (B,L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time for last minute shopping

Optional Dolmabahce Palace & Asia Side Tour :

Dolmabahce Palace (closed Monday & Thursday), recent residence for Ottoman Sultans built by two Ottoman architects; Karabet and Nikogos Balyan on a 110.000 m2 area ans served as the main administrative center of Ottoman Empire. Famous with great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier, the palace has 285 rooms and 46 halls. Study and restroom of Ataturk, founder of the Turkish Republic is also here.
